Greetings from the Maintenance Committee! We are into spring and some of the best weather of the year.
Our Facilities Manager Bob Everson puts in a lot of work and effort maintaining and updating our community, and it is our intention to be a little more hands-on and really step up to provide more value as a committee. That is why we are looking for a couple hardy volunteers to join us and help out on projects where assistance is needed.
Our hope is to take a more hands-on role, much like members have done in the past. This could include sanding and painting, staining, pressure washing etc. This is in addition to the regular Maintenance Committee duties like surveying assigned areas to assess for maintenance needs, keeping an eye out and actively initiating projects, or assisting with the implementation of requested projects.
The history of our committee has traditionally been very hands-on. We would like to get back to that so we can keep Niguel Shores the very well maintained community that it is, the envy of South Orange County. So if you want to help, please apply at the NSCA Office today. And have a wonderful spring!
