To All Sea Terrace I Homeowners:
We are preparing the mailing for our annual meeting. That process requires us to send information to the association – listing those homeowners running for the Sea Terrace 1 Board.
If any homeowner is interested in being a board member – we need that information ASAP. You will then be added to the ballot. As you know we are ONLY responsible for the recommended Repairs and Painting of your Townhome, every 5 years.
We welcome anyone interested in becoming a board member. PLEASE CONTACT Jeff Paige by October 28, 2024.
