Pickleball & Tennis Courts: Now Open For Use

Hello to Fall from the Niguel Shores Maintenance Committee! We are heading toward shorter days and cooler nights, and there is plenty to do to keep up our beautiful community and its wonderful amenities.
Sidewalks—Your Maintenance Team is always on the lookout for areas to improve and keep things safe. Our most recent project has been grinding our uneven sidewalks that have been raised by tree roots to eliminate trip hazards. This project should be complete by the time of this printing.
Paint—In addition to the sidewalks we also just refreshed the paint on our buildings, community offices and clubhouse, the fences around the pool, as well as painting several of the wrought iron fences around the community.
Benches—The white community benches are being sanded and painted. We have Al Glatt to thank for refreshing the stain on the teak memorial benches in various places throughout the community. Great work Al!
Courts—The much anticipated pickleball and tennis courts resurfacing has been scheduled for October 23 to November 10. Courts will be closed for use during this time.
The Maintenance Committee would like to thank you for your patience as we constantly work to keep Niguel Shores the “extremely well maintained community” it is known for. Have a great October.
