Architectural Plan Sets
New home construction and major exterior modification projects are at an all-time high in Niguel Shores. The Architectural Committee uses the services of a consulting architect for review of the design plan for remodels and new construction before the approval of any work. This process was created to ensure compliance with Association rules and integrate with the additional requirements of each individual neighborhood tract.
If you are contemplating a major remodel, contact Karen Decker at the Management Office to schedule a design workshop. Our team will help you and your architect/contractor prepare a package that will minimize disruption with the application to the HOA.
It is important to note that plan approvals may not be transferred when a property is sold or there is any other change in ownership. If a change in ownership should occur when a project has substantially started, the new
owner must agree in writing to follow the originally approved plan.
