Be a Good Neighbor—Well, we are into the heart of summer and the Independence Holiday is upon us. With all the fun and festivities, it is important to remember to be safe and a good neighbor. We now have many new amenities to enjoy, but it has been noted that some are not using them as intended.
The Bocce Ball courts are for Bocce Ball only. They are not a dog run, a place to lounge on with beach towels or a place to ride bikes. The multi-use Sport Court offers many options. However, please do not be tempted to hang on the basketball hoops. There is a new rope jungle for that in the play area.
E-Bike Courtesy—With the growing popularity of E-Bikes, we’ve seen some problems arise. Kids and some adults have been tempted to ride on our green belts and even on the grass at the Bluff. Not only is this very unneighborly, it is very dangerous. Please refrain from riding anywhere but on the streets.
Committee Spot—The Maintenance Committee is in search of a new member. So, if you would like to get involved in keeping Niguel Shores the extremely well-maintained community it is known for, please stop by the Community Office and complete an application.
Have a great July!
