Excitement is building as we see our amenities project come to an end with new facilities and activities to enjoy! The final touches should be complete by the end of spring, so here’s an update!
Sport Court Area—The colorful new courts are all complete! The Bocce Ball and Sports Court, with its two Basketball Courts, Shuffleboard and Volleyball options, are ready to go! The large, shaded Picnic Area looks welcoming! Once we complete the playground, we will be ready to use these awesome new amenities.
Playground—There is a slight delay in pouring the new playground rubber surface as the city has requested additional engineering from the playground vendor. Once the permit has been received (hopefully by the time you’re reading this), we will schedule the surface installation.
Tennis—Shade is coming to the tennis courts! The shade brackets should be installed in May. The new court reservation system is in the works so look for details on the Niguel Shores website.
Grass—We are super excited that the grass area will be seeded in May and ready for summer use!
