RECREATION AMENITIES ENHANCEMENT PROJECT
YES! We are close to the finish line on the Recreation Amenities Enhancement Project.
The Bocce Ball Courts are ready for the final grass installation, and the Sports Court tiles and basketball hoops are scheduled to be finished early April.
Work is being done to install the picnic shade area, and the new playground surface will be poured early in April. The playground surface will take several days to install. Then the “curing’” time is approximately five (5) days with no rain.
The Board-approved new grass area will be seeded in April, and will be closed for 90 days after completion. Please do not climb the protective fencing!
Thanks to all for their patience and support as completion is near and plans are being finalized for a celebration with date to be determined.
