Many Projects—We have an abundance of planned and ongoing home construction in Niguel Shores. Currently, the Architecture Committee is awaiting City approval on 18 different projects and is receiving more construction applications every week. Virtually every home sale in our community results in some form of exterior modification. The overall appearance of Niguel Shores is steadily changing and improving. The proposed changes in the exterior appearance of homes varies widely, ranging from complete tear-downs to remodels or changes in symmetry.
Design Workshop—If you are contemplating a project that requires the services of an architect or other structural design professional, we suggest attending a design workshop with our NSCA Consulting Architect. Each of our nine neighborhoods was designed uniquely, with its own style, lot size, landscaping and regulations pertaining to easements, setbacks, roof heights and more! You can make the process much easier with a little front-end advice. Bring your preliminary plan in for suggestions and guidance on integrating your design elements in the best way possible.
