Continued good news to report… the Recreation Amenities Enhancement project is still on time and within budget!
The construction documents were submitted to the City of Dana Point on January 31, 2023. Once approved, we will be accepting contractor bids. Up to this point, there have been several meetings with RRM, Harvest, our Board Liaison, our Facilities Manager, and our Project Team Managers to review documents, irrigation/planting plans and playground equipment. We are so grateful for the team’s efforts and collaboration.
As we move forward into March, we will continue with on-going discussions and feedback on new furniture and the amenities color palette.
The Resident Roundtable scheduled for Wednesday, April 12, will include the implementation schedule, the budget update and final furniture and color choices for the benches, shade sails, etc. Look for more details coming soon.
