Sea Terrace Homeowners Announcements
Sea Terrace I will hold their Annual Homeowners Meeting on Tuesday, January 10, at 6 p.m. in the Clubhouse. A mailing went out in December with announcement of five candidates running for a one-year term on their Board: Jeff Paige,
Cathy Tyson, David Uslaner, Virginia Gravely, Lynn Lucier. All ballots must be
received by the Inspector of Elections no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10,
or may be brought to the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting agenda includes the
election of officers and reports on the paint process and budget.
Sea Terrace II will be holding their Annual Meeting in early spring. They
are looking for at least two new candidates for their Board. At the Annual Meeting, in addition to the election of officers, the agenda will include new paint
information and information/feedback concerning our master insurance policy.
