The result is YES for The Recreation Amenities Proposal! The votes were counted on September 21, with 71% of homeowners voting and the Recreation Amenities Plan was approved by the Community. The tally was YES 410 / NO 276. To fund the new and enhanced amenities, a $780 special assessment was approved for each home. Homeowners will receive a bill due on October 15, 2022 with 30 days to pay—or there is an option provided for owners wishing to split the assessment into 2 payments with $390 due October 15, and the second $390 due February 1, 2023.
The Community will be informed of the various stages of construction. The Recreation Amenities Committee thanks all for their sup- port, and now we look forward to GETTING THIS DONE!
