Let’s Get It Done!—Recreation amenities are incredibly important for a healthy, vibrant community. These amenities provide opportunities for all residents to be physically and socially active. The Recreation Amenities Plan for Niguel Shores has been designed for all ages, physical health backgrounds, and skill levels. Over the last decade, our Community has seen a change in owner demo- graphics and the desire for enhanced amenities, keeping Niguel Shores recognized as a premier location for onsite owners and those leasing their properties. For a one-time assessment of $780, you can enhance the value of your property and improve our community’s overall recreation amenities for everyone’s enjoyment!
What Will Be New?—The plan proposes many new or updated amenities including a shaded table area in the park for gathering and relaxation; enhanced tennis/pickle- ball amenities; multi-use sports areas for active recreation; improved children’s playground; and more!
■ The proposed shaded picnic area will provide a welcoming space for a family get-together, birthday celebration, happy hour with friends, or an easy spot to sit and relax by the pool and new recreation areas.
■ Enhancements to our tennis/pickleball courts.
■ A new multi-use sports court featuring two basketball courts, a volleyball court, shuffleboard, plus two new Bocce Ball courts.
■ A new, safer rubber surface playground and additional play equipment for children of all ages to engage in outdoor activities. A good way for all to get away from the TV, computer, or never-ending phone messages! Time to Vote—If you have already voted, the Recreation Amenities Committee thanks you! Still waiting?
