Board Approved

At the April Board Meeting the Board approved additional openings of amenities and activities in Niguel Shores effective May 1, 2021.

Clubhouse Patio

The Clubhouse patio furniture will be setup for all community members to enjoy. We hope this will help you and your friends enjoy some socially distanced fun we have missed so much.

Spring Market – May 22, 2021 at the Community Center Park

Come and enjoy all the crafts and products for sale from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Brought to you by the Niguel Shores Recreation Committee.

Memorial Day BBQ – May 30, 2021

As has been enjoyed in the past, bring your own food to barbeque on the community grill and enjoy dance tunes down at the Beach Bluff.

Reminder – Pool and Spa Maintenance Closure

The routine pool and spa maintenance will be conducted on April 19^th to the 30^th, which means these amenities are currently closed. We have tried to plan this around all spring breaks with schools in the area and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Management Office Open – Mask Required

The Management office is open with some important guidelines to keep you safe and practice social distancing:

1. A Mask is required.
2. One person/family at a time inside.
3. If someone is inside, you will be required to wait outside until they leave.

Remember that guests must always be accompanied by the Niguel Shores resident while using any amenity. Use all amenities at your own risk, practice social distancing and a mask is required.
