Garden Club: April 2021

Many of you already know that we had to cancel our March 15 club meeting, almost at the last minute, because of the bands of rain that were coming through Dana Point at the time. Since we were to have our meeting outside by the fireplace, cancelling was the right decision to make.
We have rescheduled the March meeting to April 19. Join us then for a special presentation by Karl Kuhn, Al Glatt, and Chris Daley, speaking on Bluebirds and how to attract them to your garden.
Our originally scheduled April meeting was a field trip to the Newport Beach Civic Center Park. This park is a suc- culent garden and nature center with succulent landscaping, succulent container gardens, colorful rock gardens, interesting sculptures, and more. We have planned this field trip for Mon- day, April 26 and will meet at the Niguel Shores Community Center at 9:30 a.m. to arrange car pool transportation.
