Architectural Committee: October 2020

Members of the busy Architectural Committee are Jeannie Sticher (Chair), Wendy Cubbon, John Yocca. The Staff Liaison is Karen Decker (Community Association Manager). They meet on the first and third Monday of each month.
The Architectural Committee (AC) is tasked with maintaining the aesthetic look of the homes within the com- munity. It manages this responsibility by reviewing and approving exterior modification applications. The AC operates under the requirements listed in the NSCA Bylaws,
CC&Rs, and Rules and Regulations.
