Sea Terrace I Painting

Every five years, Sea Terrace I paints the exteriors of homes
on a street or a combination of streets averaging approxi-
mately 50 units. This year we are painting Halyard Drive.
Maybe you have seen the O.J. Painting trailer in front of a unit. That trailer belongs to Oscar Ortega, our Sea Terrace I Asso- ciation’s painter. For many years, Oscar and his crew have been actively doing repair and
replacement of materials, if needed, prior to repainting. For those homeowners who would like to know more about O.J. Painting, here is a list of services offered:
■ Exterior Painting—pressure cleaning, texture, fin- ishes, stucco repair, waterproofing, coating, and wood termite repairs.
■ Interior Painting—ceiling and wall coatings, inte- rior staining, new drywall installation, drywall repairs, acrylic coating, and oil-based coating.
