Community Pool
The Orange County Health Authority has approved the opening of Community Pools, therefore, NSCA will be opening the pool for use by RESIDENTS ONLY on Friday, June 12th. There will be NO GUESTS allowed at this time. The pool will close every day at 6:00 p.m. We must have all those using the pool sign a waiver prior to use. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a guardian signature prior to using the pool. For your convenience, the waiver can be found on the website, printed, signed and delivered to the pool monitor prior to entry. The two (2) restrooms outside of the pool entrance are open for use.
The spa, shower, sauna, locker rooms and clubhouse will all remain closed until further notice.
Please use all Niguel Shores amenities at your own risk and continue to practice social distancing at all times.
Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting and Election will be held in the clubhouse on Tuesday, July 7th at 6:00 p.m. We will be opening all doors and practicing social distancing during this meeting.
Beach Bluff Parking
As previously noted, the Beach bluff parking lot is open to resident vehicles and golf carts ONLY.
No guest vehicles (with guest passes or red guest barcodes) will be allowed to park in this lot and any guest vehicles found parked there will be towed immediately. Residents are asked to advise all guests that they must park close to the home they are a guest of and not down at or around the bluff area.
Pickleball and Tennis
These activities are now open to residents use ONLY. No guests will be allowed at this time. The hours for play of both Pickleball and Tennis have been adjusted, so please check them out on the website when you book your reservation.
