Pedestrians: We received several reports of close calls involving pedes- trians and moving vehicles. All drivers are reminded pedestrians have the right of way at marked and all of the numerous unmarked crosswalks we have in our commu- nity. For all the walkers that are crossing streets, please use caution and use a crosswalk that is clearly visible to oncoming traffic.
The Good Host: All residents are responsible for their guests. Along that line, we want to remind everyone that guests at the Bluff, including those just sitting at the tables or on a bench, must be accompanied by a resident. A violation of this “Good Host” rule could, among other things, result in a fine.
