July is certainly going to be a busy month here in Niguel Shores. We start off with our annual and always fun 4th of July Celebration. For those of us who have lived in the Shores for a while, this is an event that we all look forward to every year. For those of you who are new to our community, it is an event you will not want to miss. It starts with the Men’s Club Pancake Breakfast and it ends with barbequing and dancing at the Bluff while we wait to see if we will see one of the many firework displays visible (sometimes!!) from our Bluff Park.

In addition to the 4th of July celebration, summer is a time when many of us entertain family and friends.
Please be sure to log your guests in via our website, it is quick and easy and avoids delays at the gatehouse for your guests and for our security staff.
Also, please check out the website to read about new rules regarding guests, parking and picnicking at the Bluff. There have been some recent rule changes, these were mailed to all homeowners, and are also available for your review on our website. If our June weather is any indication of what July and August will be like, it sure seems like we can all look forward to a beautiful summer. Stay safe and enjoy our wonderful community!!
