The April Luncheon is on the 11th at 12:00 in the ClubHouse. Invitations will be sent by e-mail one week ahead on the 4th and you are asked to please reply by 5:00 p.m. Sunday, the 7th. If you will be attending, you will receive a follow up note to let you know if it is your turn to bring a salad.
Our speaker will be Susie Vanderlip, professional speaker, children’s book author, gardener and devotee of Monarch Butterflies.
She has raised over 200 of them in her garden where she studies, photographs and videotapes their habits in great detail. This is the season for Monarchs so be sure to hear this educational and entertaining presentation so you can better appreciate their ephemeral life cycle and the brief beauty they bring to our lives.
The two Board Candidates, incumbents John Dougherty and Pat O’Brien, have been invited to give a short talk on their aspirations to continue on the Board of Directors. Please welcome them. Don’t forget to buy your Home Tour ticket in the office. The date is May 14, the price is $30.
