It is with deepest regrets that we post this notice. We were informed today that Leo Riley, former NSCA General Manager, passed away unexpectedly March 27, 2013 of natural causes. Leo came to Niguel Shores in 2006 and served for several years as GM and as a friend. His kindness and sense of humor touched many. He will truly be missed.
