Partial Entrance/Exit and Street Closure – Salvador Bay, Sea Terrace II, The Villas

To All Salvador Bay, Sea Terrace II, and Villas Residents:

The Board approved work to be completed at the Manta Gate and Garibaldi Gate area to replace the stamped concrete with pavers. This work requires that one side of the gate be closed for one week to allow for the work to be completed and the concrete to cure properly. The Board also approved work to be completed at the entrance to Salvador Bay to replace the stamped concrete with pavers. This work requires that one side of the street entrance to be closed for one week to allow for the work to be completed and the concrete to cure properly.

The following is the schedule for the work. This will require everyone’s cooperation since all cars will enter and exit through one gates/one side of the street while this work is being completed.

Monday November 12th – November 18th – Exit gate for Manta and Garibaldi will be closed. All cars must enter and exit through the entrance gate or side of the street not closed. Gate/Street will re-open Monday morning November 19th.

All Lanes and Entrance and Exit open over the Thanksgiving Holiday

Monday November 26th – December 2nd – Entrance gate for Manta and Garibaldi will be closed for repair. All cars must enter and exit through the exit gate or side of the street not closed. Gate will re-open Monday morning December 3rd.

Please be observant and follow posted signs during the construction. The patrol will be making extra rotations during the construction times when the gates will be open.
