Page Turners Book Club will meet this month to discuss Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, the story of a boy, the river, a raft and a runaway slave. This year is the 125th anniversary of Huckleberry Finn as well as the 175th anniversary of Mark Twain’s birth.
The Monday morning group will meet at 10:00 on April 23 at the home of Sally Lee Howd at 33441 Cockleshell.
The Monday afternoon group will meet at 12:30 the same day at Frances Ozimec’s at 33391 Padima Circle. Gretchen Rask will lead both the morning and afternoon discussions.
The Thursday afternoon group will meet at the Clubhouse at 1:00 on May 3 with Ann Morris as discussion leader.
