Hi All,
Just giving you a first quick look at the April 19th class. It’s really quite elegant and different. In fact, it’s the menu we made for Carol Yocom’s birthday and all the guests so loved it, she requested we re-create it for all of you. We made it as an elegant luncheon, but it would also be perfect for dinner.
- Slow Rosted Salmon w/Mustard Parsley Glaze
- Mesculn
- Roasted Asparagus
- There will also be an appetizer and dessert.
