In case you haven’t noticed, we’ve been trimming, sculpting, and toning Niguel Shores to make it the first class community it is. We have it all! Ranunculas have been planted at major sites and the spring flowers are blooming. We now have a schedule of maintenance for all of the nine areas. For more information on this, contact your rep. Our Committee’s objective is for better communication. When suggestions or problems arise please use a Homeowners Request Form that can be picked up in the office or on-line. Manager Deborah Baker will be assisting in all phases and Harvest Landscape is doing the work…good job, too.
